We're off for the holidays at The Grange until Wed 12/28.
In the meantime, what will you do without our class? Just because we won't gather together doesn't mean you should skip your Christ-Centered Yoga! Tis the busiest time of year, you need it, in body, mind, and spirit!
Choose to practice on & off the mat.
Choose to be aware of how your practice affects your daily life.
Choose time with God, be in the Word, pray, worship, journal, be mindful, breathe with intention, rest or move or both, practice self-care so that you may better care for others.
Choose to get your mat out and practice at home 10 min or 1 hour, whatever you feel like your body is asking for, or do the opposite. If you're a go getter, the harder the better, back off, go slow, do a more restorative practice, fewer poses, held longer. If you need a push, challenge yourself, call a friend, visit a new studio, watch a dvd, or you tube a practice. Something new may get the spark going.
Choose to fuel your body, eat less sugar, more greens, try a new recipe, drink tea instead of coffee, more water.
Choose to be thankful. Focus on what you have over what you do not, it will foster abundance over a lack perspective.
Choose love. The greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. And the second is to love your neighbor as yourself. Love God, love yourself, so you can love your neighbor.
Choose Jesus. He came to this earth for us, to seek and save the lost, heal the sick, serve, to give his life for ours, reconcile us to the Father, to bring truth, to destroy the enemy, to be our example, to have life to the full, now and forever.
Choose to practice, daily. It will bring fruit!
Blessings on you and your families this very special time of year, I'm grateful for each of you,
Love and Merry Christmas!
